Experts Group LLC, doing business as Kilowatt Experts, is an independent electricity broker. We are not a utility company or retail electricity provider. We help Texas residential and commercial customers understand and compare available electricity-plan options and may assist with enrollment through a third-party provider.
2. No guarantees
Website information is general and does not guarantee savings, lowest pricing, plan availability, approval, a particular deposit, same-day activation, monthly bill amount, or uninterrupted service. Rates, promotions, requirements, deposits, activation timing, and eligibility are determined by third-party providers and may change.
3. Plan documents and customer responsibility
Before enrolling, you are responsible for reviewing the provider’s Electricity Facts Label, Terms of Service, Your Rights as a Customer disclosure, contract term, early termination fee, pricing, deposits, and other applicable documents. Information you provide must be accurate and you must be authorized to request service at the applicable location.
4. Communications and SMS terms
By providing your contact information and giving consent, you authorize Kilowatt Experts to contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not prevent non-marketing communications through other methods you requested or that are legally permitted.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use its content in violation of law. Website content, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Kilowatt Experts and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
